About This Call

Friday Health Plans is seeking cover art for their 2023 brochure. The cover theme is "Mind Body and Soul." Artists are invited to symbolize and represent the connection of mind, body, and soul, and explore what that balance means to them.

Artwork will be printed on a large brochure cover measuring approximately 8.5 x 11" and a small brochure cover measuring approximately 4.65 x 8.5" for each state. All types of print artwork are accepted as long as it pertains to the cover theme. Submit 5-10 images of your work and your website. Final artwork must be submitted in high resolution (300dpi) digital format.

Eligibility: Artists age 18 or older living in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. Application deadline is March 22, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Up to three finalists will be invited from each state to submit a final design concept by April 25th. Finalists will be notified by April 4th and paid $100 for their final design concept. Selected artists will be notified by May 11th, with final artwork due June 11th. Each selected artist receives $2,000 per cover, plus $100 for final design concept submission, for a total of $2,100.
