Silverton Arts Festival

Celebrating over twenty-five years as a beloved summertime event in Oregon, the Silverton Arts Festival hosts juried art exhibitors at historic Coolidge-McClaine Park in the heart of Silverton, situated along the bank of Silver Creek. The festival provides a show of the highest quality with artist booths running along park pathways, surrounded by towering oak and Douglas-fir trees.

The festival is open to all artists and craftspeople producing original work. Artists must staff their booth for the duration of the festival. Booth hours are Saturday 10 am–6 pm and Sunday 10 am–5 pm. Reproductions such as posters and cards may be sold but may not occupy more than 15% of booth space. Commercially produced work from kits or imported art and goods may not be exhibited. Hand-pulled prints and photographs in signed and numbered limited editions are accepted as original work. Artists must submit and pay a separate entry for each category of work. No commission is taken on sales. Proof of event insurance covering a minimum 2-day period (Saturday August 22 and Sunday August 23) must be provided by June 1.

Each exhibitor receives a 10'x10' space with separation between booths. Artists must provide their own booths, racks, and tables. Booth spaces are along paved paths in the park, which is grassy and generally shady. Booth fees are $250 for 10'x10' or $450 for 10'x20'. Electricity is available as an optional add-on for $25 on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth setup hours are Friday 9 am–dusk and Saturday 7 am–10 am. All booths must be set up by Saturday 10 am. The festival will attempt to safeguard artists' work and property, but liability is ultimately the artist's responsibility. Overnight security will be provided. Application fee is $30. Refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the event.
