Call for Art: Passage

Verum Ultimum Art Gallery invites submissions for PASSAGE, a group exhibition featuring 2D and 3D artists working in painting, drawing, photography, graphics, digital, video, and sculpture. The competition is open to national and international artists 18 years of age or older.

Submission deadline is November 1, 2014. Entry fee is $35.00 for one to three artworks submitted as digital JPG image files. Artists may submit between 1 and 3 total media samples (images, audio, or video). Wall-mounted works must not exceed 60" in height or width. Accepted artists will be notified by email no later than November 8, 2014. Mailed artwork must be received by November 24, 2014. The exhibition runs December 5, 2014 through January 5, 2015 at Verum Ultimum Art Gallery, with an opening reception on December 5th. Selected works will also be featured on the gallery website, and one artist will be featured in an online blog post interview. All works in the show must be for sale; the gallery takes a 35 percent commission on sales, with prices determined by the artist in consultation with the gallery owner. Artists retain all copyrights to their work. By entering, selected artists grant the gallery rights to use images for promotional purposes on printed materials and the website only.
