About This Call
Celebrate the arrival of spring at Brookfield Zoo Chicago's first-ever Spring Fest, taking place Saturday, April 12 to Sunday, April 13 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This weekend event features live performances, seasonal food and drinks, art vendors, and family-friendly activities for all ages. The art fair showcases works that celebrate themes of Earth Day, spring, animals, conservation, education, and the natural world, reinforcing the Zoo's mission to foster a deeper connection to nature.
Brookfield Zoo Chicago expects 10,000-20,000 visitors over the weekend. Selected artists may be featured on the Zoo's website and marketing materials across web, email, social media platforms (over 1.1 million followers), and PR releases. Spring Fest is included with general admission, Zoo members receive free entry, and artists receive complimentary parking for the duration of the event.
All booths must be 10' x 10' in size with a cost of $200 for a single booth. Artists must provide their own tents, weights, display boards, tables, chairs, and booth materials. Setup occurs between 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. each morning, and take down is required daily from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Artists must be present for the entire duration of both event days.
