Get ready for a fang-tastic time at BOO! at the Zoo, Brookfield Zoo Chicago's family-friendly Halloween celebration. This event is packed with not-so-scary thrills, festive decorations, and plenty of fun for all ages. On Sundays, enjoy the NEW BOO! at the Zoo art fair. Wander through the zoo's festive paths, participate in Halloween-themed experiences, and see your favorite animals in a whole new light.
As part of BOO! at the Zoo, the new art fair showcases artists whose work is inspired by wildlife, nature, and the spirit of the season. Through art, we celebrate the season and the beauty of the natural world. Artists are selected based on relevance to animals, seasonal tie-in, and conservation. Brookfield Zoo Chicago is expected to see 13,000-20,000 visitors each day of BOO! at the Zoo, and the art fair is included with general admission.
All booths must be 10' x 10' in size with a booth space cost of $100 for a single booth. Artists receive complimentary parking and may be featured on the Brookfield Zoo Chicago website and marketing materials across web, email, social media platforms (over 1.1 million followers), and PR releases. The event takes place on October 5, 2025, with setup between 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and takedown from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. All application and booth payments are final and nonrefundable.
