Get ready for a fang-tastic time at BOO! at the Zoo, Brookfield Zoo Chicago's family-friendly Halloween celebration. This event is packed with not-so-scary thrills, festive decorations, and plenty of fun for all ages. On Sundays, enjoy the NEW BOO! at the Zoo art fair. Wander through the zoo's festive paths, participate in Halloween-themed experiences, and see your favorite animals in a whole new light.
Brookfield Zoo Chicago is expected to see 13,000-20,000 visitors each day of BOO! at the Zoo. BOO! At The Zoo is included with general admission, and Zoo members receive free entry. Artists will receive complimentary parking for the duration of the event. All booths must be 10' x 10' in size with a booth space cost of $100 for a single booth. Artists are selected based on relevance to animals, seasonal tie-in, and conservation.
The event takes place on October 12, 2025, with setup between 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and the event running from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Take down occurs daily from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Artists must be present for the entire duration of the event. All application and booth payments are final and nonrefundable.
