About This Call
The Brockport Arts Festival celebrates its 30th year on August 8-9, 2026, featuring 200+ artists and crafters, festival food, and live music and entertainment. Vendors selling imported goods may apply only for Marketplace. Application fees are $20 (standard), $10 (early bird until 3/20/2026), or $30 (late fee after 6/20/2026). The application deadline is June 19, 2026, with a late fee deadline of July 31, 2026. Vendors must provide a certificate of insurance naming both BISCO and the Village of Brockport as additional insureds, with General Liability Aggregate Limit of $2,000,000 and Each Occurrence Limit of $1,000,000. All vendors are responsible for collecting state and local sales tax and must be registered with NYS. Food vendors require appropriate permits from the Monroe County Health Department.
