The Bridgehampton Art Affair returns for a 3-day event on 4th of July Weekend, held on the lawns at the Bridgehampton Museum along Montauk Hwy. This location will be seen by everyone driving through the Hamptons. The Bridgehampton Museum was the home of Art Market for many years, so the property is well known for fine art events. There is plenty of patron and artist parking including overnight on site. Bridgehampton is filled with upscale homes and exquisite shops.
This competitive juried show is limited to the number of exhibitors they can accept, chosen by a jury of highly qualified, talented, experienced artists. Applications are juried in order of date received, so early application is recommended as categories could meet maximum allotment causing closures. The application fee is $35.00 (non-refundable) and booth fee is $620.00. Show hours are Friday 12pm-6pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm with set-up on Friday.
Accepted mediums include clay, digital, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking/drawing, sculpture, wood, and resin. Booth spaces are 10x10 outdoors with white canopy tents required. The venue offers free public admission with no gate, and Howard Alan Events has a reputation of bringing out the high-end buying crowd to each of its events.
