About This Call

The Breckenridge July Fine Art Festival is an established show ranked #67 in Sunshine Artists Magazine's top 200 Fine Art Shows for 2024. The festival will be limited to approximately 110 fine artists and craftsmen chosen from around the country. It is held in Historic Breckenridge, an old gold mining town established in the late 1800s, now a major ski area located in Summit County, 80 miles from Denver in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The demographic includes a highly affluent crowd made up of locals, second homeowners, front range visitors, and people from around the country.

The event will be held Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, July 2-4, 2026, at Main Street Station and the Village at Breckenridge at the south end of town at the corner of Main Street and South Park Avenue. Hours are 10AM-5PM each day. Both plazas will be used with approximately 55 artists each. The Village Plaza level will have free electricity. Setup is Wednesday with staggered load-in. Booth spaces are 10x10 to 10x20 on pavement and require weights (minimum 40lbs per leg). Most spaces require artists to dolly their tent and work to their space. No generators are permitted.

Application requirements include four images of current work and one booth image representative of work to be displayed. Artists must be present for the entirety of the event; representatives are not permitted. No shared booths. Display must be professional with white tent and tablecloths extending to the ground. No buy/sell items, country crafts, lotions, honeys, or similar items are accepted. Entry fee is $35 (non-refundable). Booth fees: Single booth (10x10) $550; 1½ booth (10x15) $825; Double booth (10x20) $1100; Corner (additional fee) $100. Booth payment deadline is May 1, 2025. Full refunds available until May 15, 2025; partial refunds until June 1, 2025. Artists retain all proceeds from sales and are responsible for collecting and submitting sales tax to the town of Breckenridge and the State of Colorado. All artists must carry insurance and list Mountain Art Festivals as additional insured.
