"Bold Heritage" A Celebration of AANHPI

For the month of May, SlipStitch will celebrate AANHPI Heritage Month by showcasing Asian excellence through an exhibition centered on Bold Heritage art. "Bold speaks to visibility, voice, and presence—challenging the limiting stereotypes that have too often framed Asians as quiet or submissive. Curated by Otto Chan and Melissa Llamas, the exhibition aims to uplift a sense of pride in the cultures we come from and the identities we carry, while honoring the diversity of the Asian diaspora across America.
