Boho Bazaar 2025

The 2025 Boho Bazaar vendor spots have been filled. This indoor pop-up market celebrates boho fashion, art, decor, and more from 10am-6pm on Sunday, March 30 at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market. The event hosts vendors in the second floor Greenhouse and Banquet Room to display and sell handmade macrame, beaded artwork, resin creations, clothing, stained glass, and other bohemian/alternative/vintage inspired items including aprons, art, bags, candles, clothing, curtains, furniture, jewelry, lamps, linens, magnets, patches, pillows, planters, rugs, scents, soaps, and wall decor.

Booth sizes vary with four styles available: Greenhouse 8X5 ($100), Greenhouse 8X10 ($150), Banquet Room 8x5 ($100), and Banquet Room 8x10 ($150). All booth styles are sold out. Vendors are juried on a rolling basis and will be notified within two weeks of applying. The Boho Bazaar will be advertised and promoted in West Michigan through printed literature, press releases, email blasts, and paid and organic social media campaigns. Vendors are accepted for no more than three Downtown Market Vendor events in 2025 to ensure variety throughout the season.

The Grand Rapids Downtown Market is a 138,000 square foot public market open seven days a week featuring 19 indoor food vendors and award-winning venue spaces. Liability insurance with additional insured entities is required, with certificates due by March 14, 2025. The jury process averages 200 applications with 55 artists selected, using a Yes/No/Maybe scoring system viewed on computer monitors.
