The Art League of New Britain presents Bodies & Faces: The Art of Figure and Portrait, an exhibition celebrating the timeless practice of creating art from life. Each work in this show was made through direct observation of a live model, reflecting the immediacy, honesty, and expressive power that comes from studying the human form firsthand.
From classical realism to modern abstraction, Bodies & Faces highlights the many ways artists interpret the human experience — exploring anatomy, identity, emotion, and presence through their own unique vision.
