Boardman River Summer Art & Craft Show

This boutique Art & Craft show will feature creatives and artists along the lawns of Medalie Park off Boardman River, allowing for less competition, less crossover booths and more potential opportunities to connect with shoppers. The show is open Saturday & Sunday 10am to 5pm on July 18-19, 2026. Artists may apply in up to 2 categories with an application fee of $15. Early bird pricing offers $50 savings if paid before May 18, with booth fees of $250 before the deadline and $300 after.

The focus is on handmade and artist designed items, but the jury will consider unique/creative gift ideas, authors, inventors and designers. Artists are selected through a review of their work by a panel of experts. Blue Ribbon Events encourages creatives of all types including emerging artists of all levels. Categories include artist-made work, craft production, inventor creations, designer work, and sponsor spaces (starting at $600) for service businesses.

Booth spaces are approximately 10' wide by 10' deep with at least 2 feet between booths. Only 81 booth spaces are available. All artist exhibitor tents must be white with no exceptions. Setup is Saturday 6:30am to 9:30am with easy load in and load out next to booths. Artists must be open for full event hours with no one-day opportunities. Vendor amenities include Facebook event page listings, capped categories with no more than 25% jewelry, designated unloading areas, and marketing support through social media ads, posters, and local tourism websites.
