BLUE 2024 Online

O'Hanlon Center for the Arts invites submissions for BLUE, an online juried exhibition. The color blue should figure prominently in your work, but other colors may be included. All media are encouraged including sculpture, fiber, photography, collage, painting, and mixed media. Contemporary, expressionistic, abstract, exploratory, and experimental entries are encouraged.

Each artist may submit up to 3 individual pieces of artwork. Diptychs and triptychs are considered 1 piece and must be submitted as one image. Work does not need to be for sale. Works previously shown at O'Hanlon Gallery in-house or online are not eligible. Artists must be 16 years or older. Entry fee is $30 for non-members and $25 for O'Hanlon members (coupon code OH25). Image requirements: JPEG or JPG only, 1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side, under 5 MB, sRGB color profile.

The exhibition will be juried by Sarah Shepard of Sarah Shepard Gallery. Online show dates are October 29 - December 31, 2024. Artists will be notified of selections by 5 p.m. on October 21. A Zoom roundtable with the juror will be held on Tuesday, October 29 at 4 p.m. Pacific Time, open to all. O'Hanlon Center will record and archive the show, promote exhibiting artists through email and social media, and create a printable PDF of the exhibition.
