About This Call
The 55th Annual Bloomin' Arts Festival takes place Saturday & Sunday March 7-8, 2026 in historic downtown Bartow, Florida. This juried fine art and fine craft show offers over $12,000 in awards including Best of Show ($2,250), Second Place ($1,500), Third Place ($1,000), Award of Achievement ($750), Awards of Merit ($500 each), Honorable Mentions ($350 each), and Judges' Awards ($250 each), plus purchase awards. The festival is an all-volunteer event brought to you by The Bartow Art Guild, The Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Bartow, and The City of Bartow.
The show features artists working in various mediums including painting, glass, sculpture, jewelry, leather, mixed media, photography, wood, ceramics, fiber, and fine crafts. Additional free attractions include a student art tent, quilt show in the Polk History Center, flower show, antique car show, Bloomin' Bike Ride, kids activities tent, and live music all weekend. Public admission and parking is free. Sunday morning features Bloomin' Air, a plein air event hosted by the Lakeland Arts Association with free entry for registered Bloomin' exhibitors.
Booth spaces are 12' x 12' ($150) with double booths available (12' x 24', $300). All work must be original design produced by the artist, who must be present in the booth all weekend. White tents with white canopies are required. Artist amenities include Friday night check-in after 5:00 pm, booth sitters, easy load-in/load-out, nearby parking, RV parking areas within blocks, and Saturday/Sunday morning coffee and muffins. Application deadline is January 3, 2026, with invitations emailed by January 6 and confirmation required by January 20.
