Call for Entry: "Beyond the Mirror" Photography Exhibition

Decagon Gallery invites photographers to submit work for a juried online exhibition celebrating the theme of "Beyond the Mirror". This competition seeks photographic interpretations that explore mirrors both literally and metaphorically, including reflections in glass, introspective self-portraits, symbolic imagery, or abstract compositions that contemplate identity, perception, or the duality of human experience.

Submission Requirements: Submit up to 10 images in JPEG or JPG format at 72 dpi with a minimum size of 2100 px on the longest side. AI-generated images are not accepted. Entry fee is $20 for up to 4 images, with $4 for each additional image. All entries must be received by January 19, 2025. The juror for this exhibition is Steven Phillip Harris.

Accepted entries will be displayed in an online exhibition from February 1 through March 31, 2025, and then archived on the gallery's website. The First Place entry will receive $300 and be offered a free Solo Exhibit in the gallery's Featured section. Digital badges will be awarded to all participants, and Certificates will be given to First, Second, and Third place entries plus two Honorable Mentions. The exhibition will be promoted on social media, email blasts, and other online sites. All photographers internationally over 18 are eligible to apply.
