Best Day Online Exhibition

B Extraordinaire Gallery invites artists to submit work for the "Best Day" online exhibition. Artists are asked to express what their best day (real or imagined) looks like through 2-D original artwork. The selected works will be displayed in the B Extraordinaire Online Gallery from November 1 through December 31, 2023. An exhibition catalog will be available to download.

Eligibility: All artists 18 years and older are eligible to enter. The call is open to national artists. Work must be 2-D original art, not copied from published photos or the work of other artists. Artwork must have been created in the past 3 years. Artists may submit a minimum of 1 artwork and a maximum of 3 artworks per submission. Images must be 1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side with a maximum file size of 5 MB. An artist statement is required.

Entry fee is $35 per submission (B Extraordinaire members pay $10). Selected entries will be notified by October 25, 2023. Jurors Virginia Becker and Giselle Obermeier will award cash prizes of $150 for Best of Show, $75 for Second Place, and $50 for Third Place, plus official award certificates. B Extraordinaire Gallery will receive a 10% commission on any sales. Artists are responsible for shipping sold artwork to buyers after the exhibition closes.
