Berkshires Arts Festival 2026

Entering its 26th year, the Berkshires Arts Festival takes place July 3-5, 2026 in Great Barrington, MA, and has become a 4th of July summer tradition attracting thousands of art lovers who come to the Berkshires for theater, dance, music, and art. While most cultural events take place in the evening, the Berkshires Arts Festival has become the chosen daytime attraction for thousands of visitors. Artists from across the country have discovered that there is a strong customer base for higher priced work, and the potential to produce great sales.

All work must be hand made in the USA or Canada by the exhibiting artist. Categories accepted include 2D Mixed Media, Ceramics, Drawing, Digital-Media, Fiber-Wearable, Fiber-Decorative, Furniture, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Mixed Media, Photography, Painting, Sculpture, and Wood. Richard & Joanna Rothbard, the show's producers and owners of An American Craftsman Galleries, will select artists based on originality of design, technical expertise, overall aesthetics as well as presentation.

Booth options include outdoor spaces ($665-$1330), spaces under large white tents ($860-$1720), air-conditioned Upper Lodge indoor spaces ($625-$985), and Lower Lodge indoor spaces ($725-$1085). Corner spaces available for additional fee. The application fee is $45 (non-refundable), and booth fees are due March 10. Applications require 5 images and a booth shot. Jury notification will be emailed within 3 weeks of the application deadline.
