About This Call
The Bend Fall Festival celebrates local's favorite season of the year! A valued tradition in Bend for 30 years, the Bend Fall Festival takes place in the heart of Downtown Bend and covers six city blocks. The Fine Artists Promenade is a great place to begin holiday shopping and is located in the epicenter of the event. Fall Festival also includes a harvest market, a popular Family Zone with pumpkin painting, food and multiple music stages. Over 40,000 people attend throughout the weekend.
This show accepts ceramics, digital media, drawing, fiber (not clothing), glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, upcycled art, and wood. The festival uses a virtual rolling jury who reviews and accepts applications until the right mix for the show is achieved. A waitlist is managed with communication to artists by September 15th, 2026 of any open booth positions. Artist amenities include light breakfast items (pastries, coffee, tea), drink tickets for the bar and booth sitters. There are two cash awards for participating artists: Best of Jury and Best of Show.
Festival hours are October 3 from 11am-6pm and October 4 from 11am-5pm. Booth fees are $250 for 10x10, $500 for 10x20, and $575 for 10x30. Festival commission is 10% of gross sales and 5% on custom orders received through the festival. Each artist must set up their own tent with significant weights and taped cords. Applications require 5 images and a booth shot, with no application fee. Emerging artists are accepted.
