About This Call
The 37th annual Bellevue Downtown Arts Market (part of the Bellevue Arts Fair Weekend) is located in the heart of downtown Bellevue at 106th Ave NE & NE 6th Street. The event brings the original work of 120+ artists to Bellevue in an open-air showcase of sculpture, jewelry, home décor, wood and glass work, fabrics and more. The market attracts thousands of attendees every year and features an eclectic mix of outstanding arts and crafts. All types of hand crafted, non-imported works are considered, and those working in either new or traditional styles are encouraged to apply.
The submission deadline is March 1, 2026. The application fee is $50. Applicants will be notified on March 13, with acceptance and payment due by March 28. Booth fees range from $300 to $1,300 depending on size and location. The event takes place July 24-26, 2026, with market hours 10am-7pm on July 24 & 25 and 11am-6pm on July 26. Load-in is July 23 and load-out is July 26.
The selection process involves jury review, with applicants scored on a scale of 1 to 7 based on booth appearance, originality, craftsmanship and market appeal. All artwork must be handmade by the applicant. Each booth must supply a white easy-up canopy and fire extinguisher. Artists must be present at their exhibits for the duration of the event and may not show in other events in Bellevue during the Bellevue Downtown Arts Market/Bellevue Arts Fair Weekend. Artists must register with the WA State Dept of Revenue to collect sales tax (UBI #). Out-of-state applicants are responsible for securing a temporary UBI #.
