Bellevue Arts Fair 2026 - Food Vendor Application

Bellevue Arts Museum hosts the largest, award-winning arts & crafts festival in the Northwest. The 2026 Bellevue Arts Fair takes place July 24-26, 2026 at Bellevue Square & Bellevue Arts Museum. Submissions are open for food vendor applications. More than 150k visitors will shop from over 250 juried artists. In 2025, there were 17 participating food vendors, and the food area is planned to expand to offer exciting and varied culinary experiences over the weekend.

Food vendors must comply with all King County Department of Public Health and City of Bellevue regulations for temporary outdoor food services. Required permits and certifications must be submitted by May 13, 2026, including a Seattle-King County Public Health Operation Permit, Certificate of Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum coverage naming Bellevue Arts Museum as additional insured), Washington State Fire Marshal certification, and Washington State UBI number. All participating food vendors are required to participate in the Food Voucher Program, which provides $10 vouchers for meals (entrée + drink) to artists and onsite staff. Food voucher values are netted against total commission due. Vendors must keep booth areas clean, provide two 30-gallon garbage cans, and reconcile sales with Arts Fair staff at the end of each event day.

Application fee is $30 (non-refundable). Booth fees range from $500-$1,000 depending on vendor type, with a 20% sales commission collected at the end of the event. Booth fees include booth/truck/cart space, social media mention, and dedicated event website listing. Application deadline is March 19, 2026. Vendor notifications will be sent March 30, 2026. Accepted vendors must pay booth fees by April 17, 2026. Load-in is July 23, 2026 (6am-10pm). Fair hours are July 24 (10am-7pm), July 25 (10am-7pm), and July 26 (11am-6pm) with load-out 6pm-10pm. Refunds of site fees are not available once accepted.
