About This Call
The 76th Annual Beaux Arts Festival of Art will take place January 16th and 17th, 2027, in front of the Lowe Art Museum on the University of Miami Campus in Coral Gables, Florida. The outdoor festival runs 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM both days and draws over 25,000 attendees. The festival is free to the public and features over 200 juried exhibitors, live music, children's art experiences, dining options, and free admission to the Lowe Art Museum.
Cash awards totaling over $20,000 will be presented to juried artists across ten categories: Ceramics, Works on Paper, Jewelry, 2D Mixed Media, Abstract or Representative Oil & Acrylics, Photography, Fiber, Wood, and 3D Sculpture, as well as "People's Choice" and "Best in Show" awards. Automatic acceptance for Best in Show and 1st Place winners is granted for the following year. Artist services include a complimentary breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday mornings, daily snacks and water delivery to booths, and booth sitting availability.
Applications must include a completed online form with artist profile, a non-refundable $50 application fee, and four digital images (three of individual pieces representing your body of work and one booth image). Images must be 1920 x 1920 pixels and must not include artist or company names, as jurying is blind. All accepted artists are expected to donate a piece of artwork to the Silent Auction fundraiser held Friday night before the festival, with 100% of proceeds supporting the Lowe Art Museum's children's art programs and acquisitions. Beaux Arts Miami is a volunteer support organization of the Lowe Art Museum, and all festival proceeds support museum exhibitions, capital improvements, children's programming, and collection acquisitions.
