Beauty & Splendor

This is an international open call group exhibition inviting artists to submit their most beautiful and splendid works of art. Any medium, style, and size are accepted, and artworks can be created in any year. The exhibition will be live online from Saturday, January 6th, 2024 through Thursday, February 29th, 2024.

The Hummingbird & Dragonfly Art Gallery is a sister gallery to KBM Art Gallery with a mission to help artists and promote their work. The gallery has over 1.5K Instagram followers and will promote the exhibition to a social media audience of over 21K on the KBM Art Gallery X (formerly Twitter) page. All accepted artists will receive at least one dedicated social media post promoting the exhibition and gallery. Posts remain live after the exhibition closes, and any inquiries for artwork purchases will be forwarded to the artist.

The gallery accepts artwork at any price set by the artist in their CaFE account, with the artist retaining 100% of sale profits. Artists work directly with buyers to negotiate payment, framing, and shipping. The gallery suggests artists avoid pricing works at or above $10,000 USD due to online transaction risks. Artists retain full ownership and may display and promote their work elsewhere; the gallery requests notification if artwork sells elsewhere so it can be marked as SOLD. Submit 1-20 JPG images of up to 20 different artworks. For 2D works, crop images to show artwork only, removing excess shadows, highlights, or blurriness. For 3D works, ensure proper lighting, center composition, and all-white background. Artwork containing nudity, racist or offensive themes, or erotic content will not be accepted. Artworks do not have to be for sale. Artists must be 18 years or older and submit original works. Entry fee is $15.00 plus $3.00 media fee and is non-refundable.
