Be True, Be You!

KBM Art Gallery invites artists worldwide to submit work celebrating pride in the LGBTQ+ community for an online exhibition running June 1 through July 19, 2024. All artists will have at least one artwork accepted, provided it meets the theme and application requirements. Subject matter and medium can be anything reflecting pride in the LGBTQ+ community, in any style, medium, size, or year. The gallery does not accept erotic artwork or nudity, and encourages both abstract and literal representations.

Artists may submit up to 20 JPEG images of different artworks. For 2D works, images should be cropped to show only the artwork without frames, mattes, or walls, with professional lighting and minimal shadows or glare. For 3D works, images must be well-lit with completely white backgrounds achieved through photo editing. Do not submit multiple angles of the same artwork, clothing, jewelry, crafts, artwork with nudity, racist or offensive content, erotic artwork, or photographic images displaying people's faces. Artists must be 18 or older and submit original works. The entry fee is $30 for the first image and $3 for each additional image (non-refundable). Artists retain 100% of profits from sales and full ownership of their work. The gallery has over 7,500 Instagram followers and over 21,000 on X, and will promote selected artworks on social media with artist permission. Three artworks will be selected for boosted promotion on Instagram.
