Barrington Art Festival 2026

Amdur Productions proudly returns to the popular, well attended 17th Annual Barrington Art Festival. Known for its grand mansions and horse farms, the affluent and vibrant Chicago suburb of Barrington boasts a wealthy population with a deep appreciation and buying history of art. Located 35 miles northwest of Chicago, the Village of Barrington is the commercial center of a cluster of affluent communities that stretches across two major counties. The Festival takes place in the charming downtown of Barrington, filled with delectable cafes, unique boutiques and popular bars and restaurants.

The festival features about 125 spaces with artists keeping all their sales income from the show. Conservative art sells well in this suburban setting. Free admission art festival for patrons. Amdur Productions staff is present on site throughout the entire festival to assist artists from load in to load out, with booth sitting services available. Artists can drive up to or very close to their booth space for unloading, with close day and overnight parking reserved at no additional cost. Equipment rental including tents, tent weights, tables, and chairs are available for a fee.

Space fees are $625 for 12' x 10' exhibit spaces and $1,250 for 20' x 10' spaces, with corner fee upgrades available for an additional $200. A lovely awards party for artists hosted by the Village of Barrington is held after the festival on Saturday at one of Barrington's best local restaurants. The festival is supported by a large multi-layered marketing plan with digital and print advertisements, radio, posters, street banners, social media, and direct mail postcards, with overnight security provided.
