BAM Arts Fair 2025 - Food Vendor Application

Food Vendor applications are open for the 2025 Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) Arts Fair taking place July 25, 26, & 27, 2025 at Bellevue Square & Bellevue Arts Museum. The application fee is $30 per submission and rolling applications are accepted until filled or June 1. Bellevue Arts Museum hosts the largest, award-winning arts & crafts festival in the Northwest, featuring over 275 inspiring artists showcasing unique, handmade crafts and art. Since 1947, BAM Arts Fair has been the annual gathering place for the community, offering FREE musical and artist performances, interactive art activities, food trucks, and more.

Booth fees are $500 and 20% of sales for non-profit food vendors, or $1,000 and 20% of sales for for-profit vendors. The $30 entry fee counts toward commission collection. Each booth includes space, social media promotion on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, website promotion with link, and program listing in the Fair Guide. Food vouchers worth $10 each will be issued to volunteers, artists, and staff for redemption.

All food vendors must comply with King County Department of Public Health and City of Bellevue regulations, provide a Temporary Food Service Application by June 2, obtain $1,000,000 minimum insurance coverage naming BAM as additional insured, and provide Washington state UBI number. Vendors are responsible for booth cleanliness and must provide two 30-gallon garbage cans. The retail sales tax in Bellevue is 10.3%. Rain or shine, refunds are not available once accepted.
