BAM Arts Fair 2025 - Artist Collectives & Emerging Artist Groups

Artist collective and emerging artist submissions are open for the 2025 Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) Arts Fair taking place July 25, 26, & 27, 2025 at Bellevue Square & Bellevue Arts Museum. Artist collectives are defined as artists who are organized by discipline working collaboratively, or as individuals working in variable mediums organized in shared studios, in their own nonprofits, or who regularly collaborate or exhibit together under their own management. Groups of emerging artists, including student artists or artists working in an emerging artist program/organization, are encouraged to apply as a group. The application fee is $55 per submission and the submission deadline is April 7, 2025.

Bellevue Arts Museum hosts the largest, award-winning arts & crafts festival in the Northwest, committed to handmade excellence and supporting national designers, artists, and craftspeople. The fair features over 275 inspiring artists showcasing unique, handmade crafts and art, along with FREE programming, musical and artist performances, interactive art activities, and food trucks. All artwork must be handmade, skillfully created and produced by or under the direction of the artist, with imported items and mass-produced work not allowed. Artists in collectives may not exhibit individually or as a member of another group in any other art fairs in Bellevue the weekend of July 25-27, 2025.

Booth fees for Artist Collectives range from $930 to $2,200 and are due by April 18. Artist Collectives and Emerging Artist Groups are limited to up to 6 exhibiting artists (10'x10' space), up to 10 exhibiting artists (10'x15' space), and up to 12 exhibiting artists (10'x20' space). For emerging artist groups, if selected, the $55 application fee confirms booth placement with no additional fees collected. BAM provides the space, tent rental, and agreed upon equipment for emerging artist groups, while artist collectives provide their own booth structures. All artist booths are located at Bellevue Square on the first level of the parking structure with electricity provided free of charge.
