About This Call
The Bellevue Arts Museum Arts Fair takes place July 25, 26, & 27, 2025 at Bellevue Square & Bellevue Arts Museum. Submissions are open with an application fee of $55 per submission and a submission deadline of Monday, March 10, 2025. The fair hosts over 275 inspiring artists showcasing unique, handmade crafts and art, making it the largest, award-winning arts & crafts festival in the Northwest.
Artwork must be handmade, skillfully created and produced by or under the direction of the artist. Artists must personally attend their exhibits throughout the Arts Fair and may show work only in categories in which they were accepted. All work must be for sale, and artists may not exhibit or sell work by other artists. Artists must register with the WA State Department of Revenue to collect sales tax during the fair.
Booth fees range from $930 to $2,200 and are due by March 28. Spaces are available in 20'x10', 15'x10', 10'x10', and 8'x10' sizes on a first-come, first-served basis. All artist booths are located at Bellevue Square on the first level of the parking structure, with about 255 spaces under the structure and about 60 spaces directly outside. Artists provide their own booth structures, and electricity is provided free of charge to all booths (max. 400 watts). The fair offers FREE programming, musical and artist performances, interactive art activities, and food trucks.
