About This Call
Join us for the 3rd annual Babcock Ranch Seafood & Music Festival on February 13-15, 2026. This event blends arts and crafts with amazing live music from top Florida bands, paired with delicious, freshly prepared onsite seafood. Hours are Friday 4 pm to 9 pm (Friday night being open is optional for all vendors), Saturday 11 am to 9 pm (Saturday evening 6 pm-9 pm is optional for all vendors), and Sunday 11 am to 6 pm.
Application fee is $15.00. Single booth fee is $325.00, double booth fee is $650.00, corner fee is $50, and electricity is $100 (you may bring your own generator for no additional charge). All booth fees are paid directly to Paragon Festivals and are due by January 13, 2026. Booth fees made after January 13 incur an additional $50 late fee. The event requires 5 images and a booth shot for application, and emerging artists are accepted.
Artist services include overnight security Friday and Saturday evening, easy load-in and load-out, and designated RV parking Friday and Saturday evening. Display surface is pavement/brick and grass with no drilling allowed - tents must be anchored by free-standing weights only. Sales tax in Florida is currently 7.00%. Approximately 120 applications are submitted each year with 40 artists selected to participate.
