Austin Open Call | Solo + Group Exhibition Opportunities

Sí Gallery, located in the East Sixth neighborhood of Downtown Austin, is accepting submissions for solo and group exhibitions in both gallery and online formats. Exhibition lengths may vary from 6 to 12 weeks for in-gallery shows and 3 to 6 months for online exclusive exhibitions. Submissions are being considered for the upcoming fall program and early 2023. Featured artists are invited and encouraged to attend receptions, and a selected few may be invited for recorded artist interviews and/or panel discussions.

Entry fee is $35 for 3 images, with additional images available at $5 per image (maximum 20 images total). An optional video consultation with the gallery director is available for $100. The director will review your submission, website, social media, biography, and artist statement, providing constructive feedback to improve your online presence. Consultations are conducted via Zoom, limited to 1 hour maximum, and artists receive a recorded copy. Consultations are non-refundable regardless of exhibition status.

Artists selected for exhibition will be considered for Dab Art Co. gallery representation, which includes priority consideration for future exhibitions, professional consultation, portfolio assistance, marketing support, and online inventory placement. All mediums and genres are accepted. Work must be original, unsold, and owned solely by the artist. Notifications are generally sent within 2 weeks after the close of each calendar month. Selected artists receive either an "Invited" status for immediate exhibition placement or "Wait List" status, with waitlisted artists guaranteed at least one exhibition within the calendar year. Gallery retains 50% commission on all sales. Payment to artists is provided within 60 days after the exhibit concludes and receipt of full payment from the buyer.
