Atlanta Print Biennial

The Atlanta Print Biennial is an international juried exhibition organized by Atlanta Printmakers Studio and hosted by Kai Lin Art, a contemporary art gallery located in the Westside District of Midtown Atlanta, GA. The exhibition is open to all artists over the age of 18 working in hand-pulled printmaking processes. This year's juror is Miranda K. Metcalf, Director of Print Santa Fe and host of the podcast Hello, Print Friend.

Submissions must be made online via callforentry.org. A non-refundable entry fee of $35 allows artists to submit up to 3 entries, with up to 4 additional entries available for $5 each. Atlanta Printmakers Studio members receive a $10 discount. Work must incorporate at least one hand-pulled printmaking process; exclusively digital prints and photographs will not be accepted. Framed measurements may not exceed 30 inches in any direction. Submitted images must be clear, professionally presented, and accurately represent the work. Entry deadline is May 24, 2023 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.

Artists will be notified of selection by June 9, 2023. Accepted work must be received between July 3-8, 2023 and will be exhibited from July 14 through August 25, 2023. All work must be professionally framed, wired, and ready to hang. Shipped work must use plexi, no glass. Artwork will be available for pick-up or return shipping beginning September 1, 2023. All shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the artist. Sales will be encouraged, with artists receiving 50% of retail price when consigned with Kai Lin Art. Prizes and purchase awards will be announced during the opening reception on July 14, 2023.
