About This Call
The Atkinson Gallery invites artists living and working in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura counties to submit work for the 30th Annual Small Images Exhibition.
Eligibility and Requirements: 2D work must be ready to hang and no larger than 18" in any direction, including frame. 3D work must be 18" or less in any direction, excluding pedestal. 4D work must include a monitor or projection device smaller than 18" in any direction. Any media is accepted. Artists may submit up to 3 entries.
Entry Fees: $15 for the first entry, $10 for each additional entry. Work samples may include images, audio, or video (up to 3 of each format, with a minimum of 1 total sample and maximum of 3 total samples). The juror is Tif Sigfrids of Tif Sigfrids Gallery, Los Angeles, CA. Cash awards are available, including a $1,000 First Place Award. Announcements will be made on 9/16, with accepted work to be delivered 9/17-9/26. Exhibition dates are 10/3/17 - 10/31/17.
