About This Call
The ARTumn Festival is an annual celebration of creativity where artists from various disciplines come together to showcase their imaginative works. The festival features both new and emerging artists showcasing the latest trends in handmade goods and fine art. Attendees will find a vast array of artisans and crafters displaying and selling their unique creations in pottery, sculpture, glass, jewelry, fashion, home décor, furniture, home accessories, photography, and more. This popular event is located in the heart of Beautiful Downtown Crested Butte on the west side of Elk Avenue, the main street in beautiful downtown Crested Butte.
The show takes place on a very busy weekend during the height of the Autumn Fall colors, simultaneous to the closing weekend of the extremely popular Vinotok Harvest Festival on Saturday and right next to the bustling Farmer's Market on Sunday. Crested Butte is one of the most beautiful towns in Colorado with a very well educated and affluent population. This well attended event draws large crowds with a high number of enthusiastic, sophisticated and affluent art buyers. The festival is open to all artists and makers of handmade crafts, with all participants required to make their own merchandise. Reproductions are permitted but no reselling of mass produced items.
Booth spaces are 10' wide by 10' deep, with limited corner booth locations and double booths (10' x 20') also available. The show runs Saturday 11am – 6pm and Sunday 8am – 4pm. Pricing includes a $20 jury application fee, with 2-day exhibitor spaces at $295, corner booths at $345, and 1-day spaces at $170. Artists retain all proceeds from their sales with no commission asked. The jury is composed of Colorado artists representing various media, with a rolling jury process reviewing applications every two weeks until the event is full.
