About This Call
Artstock: Art, Wine & Music Festival celebrates its 15th anniversary at Parley Lake Winery and Deardorff Orchards in Waconia, Minnesota on July 11-12, 2026. The festival features over 1,200 guests each day who come to purchase art, listen to live music, taste award-winning wines, and enjoy food from local vendors. The event showcases 54 juried artist booth sites representing diverse media including photography, sculpture, wearable arts, glass, fibers, jewelry, painting, and more.
Applications are accepted through March 20, 2026. Jurors will review applications between March 21-31, and artists will be notified by April 1 of acceptance, rejection, or wait list status. Accepted artists must confirm participation by making booth payment by May 1. The application fee is $35, and the single booth fee is $150. Members of the Arts Consortium of Carver County receive a $25 discount on booth fees. Each booth is 10' x 10' and located outdoors on grass or gravel. Setup is available Friday, July 10 from 4:00-8:00 pm, or Saturday morning from 7:00-10:30 am. All booths must be set up by 10:30 am on Saturday, July 11. Takedown is Sunday by 7:00 pm. Show hours are 11:00 am - 5:00 pm both days.
Artists must be present in their booth throughout official festival hours and exhibit only original work of equal quality to images submitted with the application. All exhibitors must have a Minnesota tax ID number and an Operator Certificate of Compliance (ST-19) for 2026, with a copy to be emailed to [email protected] prior to the festival. Sales tax in Waconia for 2026 is 8.375%. Exhibitors are responsible for loss, theft, or damage to their work and personal property. A $50 cancellation fee applies if withdrawal is requested after notification and deposit of fees. After June 20, no refunds will be given. Pets are welcome, and smoking is not permitted on winery grounds.
