ArtsQuest Festivals & Events 2026

ArtsQuest hosts a wide variety of festivals and events at the SteelStacks in Bethlehem that draw millions of visitors each year. This application is for Artisans and Retail Vendors applying to any of the following 2026 ArtsQuest Events: TacoFest (May 31), SangriaFest at SteelStacks (May 16), Sabor Latin Festival (June 26-27), Independence Day (July 4), Soccerfest (June 11-July 19), Ginvitational (June 14), One Earth Reggaefest (July 11), Country Music Fest (August 21-22), Union Terrace (May 22, June 26, July 17, August 21, September 11), and Winter Winefest (February 14, 2027).

Accepted application types include both Artist and Non-Artist Vendors. The application fee is $25.00. Applicants must submit 4 images, including a required booth shot. Artisan medium categories include Bath & Body, Candles & Home Scents, Food Products, Graphics & Illustration, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Painting, Photography, Pottery, Textiles, and Woodworking. Retailer categories include Apparel, Accessories, Bath & Body, Food Products, Graphics & Illustration, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Pottery, Textiles, Woodworking, Experiential, Home Goods, Plants, Gemstones, and other categories as considered.

Booth fees vary by event and are due upon acceptance by May 1, 2026. Most outdoor events offer 10'x10' spaces ranging from $100-$150 per event, with Soccerfest offering tiered pricing from $100-$1500 depending on match participation. Indoor events (Ginvitational and Winter Winefest) offer 8' tables for $150. Vendors must provide their own equipment (tables, chairs, tents, weights, lights, etc.). Selection criteria include event experience, distinct product line with clear branding, prior ArtsQuest participation, ability to fit available resources, and vendor self-sufficiency. The application deadline is April 3, 2026, with notification on April 17, 2026. Cancellations within 14 days of acceptance receive a full refund of booth fees; cancellations after 14 days are non-refundable. Application and deposit fees are non-refundable.
