Artsites 2022

TriLakes Views (TLV) is a local nonprofit public arts organization located in Monument, Colorado. For over 12 years, TLV has organized the annual ArtSites consisting of both permanent and rotating outdoor public art, located on pedestals throughout the Monument area. This call is for 10 rotating pieces which will be displayed for one year. Selected artists will be invited to an installation celebration and will be awarded a $500 stipend for each selected piece. The sculptures may also be sold with a 20% commission added for TLV.

New for 2022 is a partnership with Otocast, a phone app that can be downloaded at no cost. Otocast is preparing an audio driving and walking tour of the outdoor public art in the TriLakes area. QR codes will bring up individual pieces with audio descriptions recorded by the artists. Selected art will be insured by TLV partners.

Applicants should submit 1-3 digital photographs per sculpture along with a short description of the dimensions of the piece and requirements for installing on a pedestal or other base. Multiple entries per artist are welcome. TLV does not have eligibility requirements.
