Arts on the Green at the Maples Park 2025

Arts on the Green is a juried Fine Arts and Crafts Festival benefiting the Arts Association of Oldham County (AAOC), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Now in its 25th year, this festival takes place in the beautiful 22-acre Maples Park in Crestwood, KY on June 14-15, 2025. The event features 80+ artist booths with quality handmade artwork, food vendors, adult beverages, live entertainment, children's activities, Emerging Artists showcase, and artist demonstrations. The festival attracts 8,000-10,000 visitors annually with FREE ADMISSION for the public and maintains high standards by auditing booths to prevent buy/sell and mass-produced vendors.

Artist categories include Ceramics, Consumables, Drawing, Digital Art, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, 2D Mixed-Media, 3D Mixed Media, Metal/Blacksmithing, Painting, Photography, Sculpture, and Wood. Awards include 1st Place ($100 per category), 2nd & 3rd Place awards per category, and Best of Show ($300 + FREE booth at AOG 2026 + Featured Artist status for 2026). Artist amenities include early bird and AAOC member discounts, Friday check-in and set-up, golf cart assistance, onsite parking, free brunch both days, booth sitters, security, discounted hotel rates, and professional marketing campaign.

Application requirements include a $25 jury fee, completed application, 5 images (3 product, 1 booth, 1 workspace/studio), and artist statement. Booth space is $230 with a 10'x10' WHITE tent required. Artists must display only their own original handmade works and be present throughout both days. Application period runs December 3, 2024 - May 13, 2025, with early bird discount available through March 1, 2025.
