About This Call
Arts on the Green is a juried Fine Arts and Crafts Festival benefiting the Arts Association of Oldham County (AAOC), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Now in its 25th year, the festival takes place in the 22-acre Maples Park in Crestwood, KY on June 13-14, 2026. The event features 80+ artist booths with handmade artwork, food vendors, live entertainment, children's activities, an Emerging Artists showcase, and artist demonstrations. The festival attracts 8,000-10,000 visitors annually with free admission. This juried event maintains high standards by auditing booths to prevent buy/sell and mass-produced vendors.
Festival hours are Saturday, June 13, 10am-5pm and Sunday, June 14, 10am-4pm. The application period runs December 3, 2025 through May 20, 2026, with a rolling jury process through June 3, 2026. Early Bird discounts apply for applications submitted by March 1, 2026. Booth fees are $230, with a $25 non-refundable jury fee. Additional fees include $25 for electricity (limited availability) and $25 for late applications (after May 14, 2026). Early Bird and AAOC Member discounts of $15 each are available. Booth space payment deadline is May 23, 2026; fees must be paid by May 30, 2026 for inclusion in promotional materials.
