About This Call
Celebrating its 52nd year, the Arts for All Festival is Southwest Oklahoma's largest outdoor cultural event, drawing participants from Oklahoma and Texas. The festival is timed to coincide with the late spring festival cycle. Approximately 90 booth spaces will be available for artists.
Booth space consists of 100 sq. ft. (10x10) of ground space. Artists may provide their own tent for $275 (single) or $420 (double), with corner spaces adding $50. Alternatively, rented festival tents are available for $525 (single) or $750 (double), with corner spaces adding $50. Double booths are 200 sq. ft. (10x20). Artists must provide their own equipment and weights of 50# per corner. No electricity is available. A non-refundable jury fee of $30 must accompany each application, with a late application period from February 27 to March 2 at $50. Booth fees are refunded only if cancellation notice is received by April 9, 2026.
Artists must submit three images of current artwork and one image of their booth setup. Artists exhibiting in multiple media must submit three images for each medium. All work must be original; commercial or mass-produced works are not acceptable. The jury committee will select artists based on technical skills, originality, and diversity of media. Notification of acceptance will be sent by March 5, 2026. Festival hours are Friday, May 8, 4-8 p.m.; Saturday, May 9, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.; and Sunday, May 10, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Setup is Thursday, May 7, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Friday, May 8, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. The festival provides an artist hospitality tent with free beverages and snacks, plus a complimentary Sunday morning breakfast. Artists must furnish a tax ID number or social security number to the festival treasurer and include their vehicle type and tag number with their application.
