About This Call
Celebrating its 51st year, the Arts for All Festival is Southwest Oklahoma's largest and most popular cultural outdoor event, drawing people from Oklahoma and Texas for a weekend filled with art, entertainment, and tantalizing foods. The festival is a cooperative effort of businesses, civic organizations, and hundreds of volunteers who support and encourage the arts, with all profits contributed to Arts for All Inc.
The festival is open to all artists who meet the criteria, with approximately 90 booth spaces available. Artists must exhibit technical skills and originality in work, with no commercial or mass-produced works allowed. Applications require 4 images (3 of current artwork and 1 booth shot) and a non-refundable jury fee of $30. Late applications are accepted from February 27th to March 2nd for $50. Notification of acceptance will be sent by March 5, 2025.
Booth options include space-only ($275 single, $420 double) where artists provide their own tent, or space with rented tent ($525 single, $750 double). Corner spaces add $50. All booths are 100 sq ft (10x10) with doubles being 200 sq ft (10x20). There is no electricity, and artists must provide weights of 50# per corner. Festival hours are Friday 4-8pm, Saturday 10am-8pm, and Sunday 11am-5pm. The festival provides an Artist's Hospitality Tent with free beverages, snacks, and Sunday morning breakfast.
