Arts Elevated at RST 2025

The Rochester International Airport and the Greater Rochester Arts and Cultural Trust are partnering on "Arts Elevated at RST," a program to provide an enhanced airport experience and showcase Minnesota and regional artists within the main terminal. The program aims to lift spirits and provide comfort and care to customers through dynamic visual experiences that enhance sense of place and connection to the local community.

This exhibition is open to all Minnesota and regional artists with no entry application fee. Artists may submit up to 3 original 2D artworks in any media as high-resolution JPEG images. Subject matter is open, though travelers have indicated preference for local and Minnesota content. Artwork must not exceed 48" tall and 48" wide, be professionally presented and ready for secure installation. Framed pieces must be equipped with stretched wire; gallery wrap finished edges are acceptable. Selected artwork will be displayed for ten months. If sold during this period, the Rochester International Airport receives a 20% commission and the artist retains 80%. Artists must sign a consignment agreement.

Entries are submitted online and must include artist name, address, telephone, email, artwork title, medium, dimensions, and price. Each submission is juried independently. Artists selected by February 4, 2025 must deliver artwork to Rochester International Airport between February 18-21, 2025 by appointment (Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm).
