Arts Elevated at RST 2020

The Rochester International Airport and the Greater Rochester Arts and Cultural Trust are partnering on "Arts Elevated at RST," a program to provide an enhanced airport experience and showcase Minnesota artists within the main terminal. The program aims to lift spirits and provide comfort and care to customers through dynamic visual experiences that enhance sense of place and connection to the local community.

This exhibition is open to all Minnesota artists. The $20 non-refundable entry fee is required. Artists may submit up to 3 original 2D artworks in any media, with each submission juried independently. Artwork must not exceed 48" in height or width, be professionally framed and ready for hanging, and include title, artist name, medium, dimensions, and purchase price. Images should be submitted in high-resolution JPEG format. Subject matter is open, though a survey of travelers indicated preference for local and Minnesota content.

Selected artworks will be displayed for six months. If sold during this period, the Rochester International Airport will receive a 20% commission. Artists must sign a consignment agreement. Jurying and selection will be completed by December 10, 2019, with artist notification on December 16, 2019.
