About This Call
Established in 1988, the Arts at the Airport Foundation showcases Tennessee's cultural heritage and creative talents through rotating public art exhibitions and permanent acquisitions at Nashville International Airport. The Flying Solo Exhibition Series, developed in 1996, provides a highly visible venue for Tennessee artists and advocates for the public value of art in the region. The series is supported by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority and funded through an agreement with the Tennessee Arts Commission.
