ArtPop ATL

The Cultural Arts Council Douglasville/Douglas County presents ArtPop ATL, a public art initiative that places selected artwork on billboards throughout Metro Atlanta. Visual artists working in all media are invited to submit work for consideration and possible display on one of 30 available billboards circulating the Metro Atlanta region on traditional static and digital billboards, as well as digital displays at ATL Airport.

To be eligible, artists must be residents of Atlanta, Barrow, Bartow, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Forsyth, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Newton, Paulding, Rockdale, Spalding, or Walton County; be 18 years of age or older; have created the work within the past three years; and maintain an active artist website. One billboard placement is reserved for a graduating high school art student planning to attend college in an artistic field, who is not required to be 18 or have an active artist website. Artists are limited to one artwork submission. The entry fee is $25. Submissions must follow specific image guidelines exactly as outlined in the submission guidelines.
