ARToberfest Indoor Art, Craft and Music Festival 2025

ARToberfest is an indoor juried art and craft festival taking place at a new facility in Central Alabama, drawing from Montgomery, Elmore, and Autauga counties. The event features convenient ground floor setup on Friday, indoor booths with no weather concerns, covered loading docks, and free parking for vendors and attendees. Accepted artists receive a ticket to an evening of music Saturday night after the show closes, with food and drinks available during the show and concert.

Artwork must be original, handcrafted, and directly created by the approved individual artist, who is required to be present throughout the event. Accepted media includes candlemaking, ceramics, clay, digital, fiber, food and beverage, furniture, glass, jewelry, leatherwork, metalsmithing, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, drawing, sculpture, wood, and resin. Westbrook Fine Arts has an ongoing jury process that meets weekly and juries by category, with early application recommended as the show fills quickly.

Artist and crafter booths are $325 for a 10'x10' space, while food and beverage booths are $350. Vendor check-in and setup begins Friday, October 3rd, 2025 from 1-5 p.m. at 17 Springs Sports Complex Event Center, with setup completion required by 8:30 a.m. Saturday, October 4th, 2025. Sales tax of 7% (9% for food & beverage) must be collected and turned in to the Chamber office by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
