Artlink Midwest Regional 2025

Artlink Contemporary Gallery is a non-profit creative art space and gallery supporting artists through exhibition, education and community engagement in Fort Wayne, IN since 1978. Each year, Artlink invites artists from the surrounding Midwest states to apply for the juried Midwest Regional Exhibition. Eligible states include Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and Kansas. This year's exhibition will be juried by Whitney Sage.

Submission deadline is November 10, 2024. Entry fee is $12 per entry with a limit of 10 entries. Artwork must be original, created within the last five years, and not previously exhibited at Artlink. Size limit is 54" in any direction. All media types are accepted. All works must be ready for installation upon delivery and professionally presented. Traditional framed artwork must be ready to hang with wire. Unframed 2D artwork must arrive with hanging mechanism (magnets, gromets, pins, etc). Identification labels with artist name and title should be attached to the back of the work.

Hand-delivered artwork is accepted during gallery hours: Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday/Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sunday 12-5pm. Shipped artwork must be sent through UPS or FedEx and must include a return shipping label. Artwork must arrive by December 15, 2024. Shipped work must be framed with plexiglass, no glass permitted. All artwork sales are subject to a 35% sales fee. Artists will be mailed a check for sold work following the close of the exhibition. Artwork will be insured during exhibition at Artlink. Artlink is not liable for damage or loss in transit to the gallery. Any damage caused by improper preparations by the artist will not be covered by Artlink.
