About This Call
Artists for Recovery is open to all artists internationally. The exhibition focuses on quality and presentation, seeking compelling artwork created within the past three years. Artists are encouraged to submit their best work to benefit both themselves and the community.
Eligible media include painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, and mixed media. Sculptures, film, video, and web-based projects are not eligible. Each submission must have a maximum dimension of 40 inches on any side. Artists may submit up to 3 entries in digital format. Artwork must be wired, pre-assembled, framed where applicable, and ready to hang. Each piece must be labeled with the artist's name and title. Diptychs, triptychs, giclee reproductions, and late submissions will not be accepted.
Artists outside the San Francisco Bay Area must provide shipping for their artwork. Art delivery deadline is February 5th, 2016. For in-person deliveries or pick-up in the San Francisco Bay Area, contact Rudolfo San Miguel at 650-996-9306 or [email protected]. The silent and live auction takes place March 3rd, 2016.
