Artists & Collectors: Botanica 2025

The Cultural Center of Cape Cod invites artists worldwide to submit work for the 2025 Artists & Collectors' Dinner: Botanica, an annual event celebrating the intersection of art and nature. The dinner will host fifty guests and twenty-five artists in the ivy-draped Great Hall, transformed into a botanical paradise, with original artworks displayed throughout.

Artists may submit up to 16 pieces for the collector distribution dinner or up to 4 pieces for the salon show, or both. The jury will select two pieces from each artist for the dinner event (each selected piece receives a $250 payment) and one piece per artist for the month-long salon exhibition (May 26–June 21, 2025). Artists retain 100% of sale prices for works sold in the salon show. The Collectors Dinner takes place Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 4 pm–9 pm and includes an artist meet-up, VIP cocktail hour, and five-course dinner with paired wines. Selected artists must be willing to attend. A high-end catalog featuring participating artists will be distributed to over 500 high-net-worth collectors.

Entry fee is $30 for the first entry and $5 for each additional entry (up to 20 total). The call is open to amateur and professional artists worldwide. Work must have been produced within the last five years; all styles and aesthetics are considered. Content must be appropriate for all viewers. Work copied or done under instructor guidance is not eligible. Images must be submitted in JPEG/JPG format, 1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side, maximum 5 mb. Artist statements must be 1,000 characters or less. Submission deadline: Monday, January 13, 2025, by 11:59 pm MT. Notification by email on January 17, 2025. Artists are responsible for shipping costs and must provide pre-paid return labels. The Center's insurance does not cover damage during shipping; artists should insure their work.
