About This Call

Artistonish invites artists to submit original artworks for publication in the magazine's 68th issue in March 2026. Artistonish is an international contemporary art magazine published by Discover the Artist Media since August 2020. Each issue presents significant artworks from artists worldwide and is released in both online and high-quality print versions in full-color glossy A4 pages, accessible to thousands of art experts, collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts from 150 countries.

Artists can submit 1 to 6 original artworks. Submission is free of charge; a USD 45 selection fee applies only to selected artists. Selected artworks will be published in the 68th issue of Artistonish magazine. One artwork will be selected for the front cover. Selected works will also be showcased on Artsy, the largest platform for art collectors worldwide. All selected artists receive digital certificates, social media artwork badges, reader ratings and comments, analytic reports, and a lifetime active link to their online artist page with a scannable QR code. Each artwork will be displayed on a separate glossy A4-sized page including artwork data, artist name and photo. Artists also receive a free online profile page on the Biafarin platform. A money-back guarantee is available until the magazine's official release.

Open to all artists working in any medium worldwide. Artists can submit up to 6 pieces of original artworks created within the past 5 years. Artworks must be entirely the work of the entrant, executed without instructor supervision. The subject is free. There is no size limit. Only the artwork should show in the photo with no frames or extraneous backgrounds. Artists must have all rights for publishing artworks internationally. Artworks including pornography, violence, racial or religious hatred, or inappropriate or offensive content are not admissible. Entries must not be copies or derivatives of other copyrighted or published work. A two-phase jury process is used: first phase is Yes/No selection, second phase uses a scoring model where jury members score artworks 1-10. Artworks with the highest scores in the "Yes" group will be selected. A maximum of 2 artworks will be selected per invited artist.
