About This Call
Artistonish invites artists to submit original artworks for publication in the magazine's 36th issue in July 2023. Artistonish is an international contemporary art magazine published by Discover the Artist media holding since August 2020. Each issue presents significant artworks from artists worldwide and is released in both online and high-quality print versions in full-color glossy A4 pages, accessible to thousands of art experts, collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts across over 120 countries.
Artists can submit 1 to 4 original artworks in any medium, including painting, drawing, printmaking, illustration, photography, digital arts, sculpture, and many other forms. Artworks should be created within the past 5 years and must be entirely the work of the entrant. The subject is free, and there is no size limit. Submission is free of charge; a USD 45 selection fee applies only to selected artists, with a maximum of 2 artworks selected per artist.
Selected artworks will be published in the July 2023 issue and featured on individual glossy A4-sized pages with artwork data, artist name and photo, and a scannable QR code linking to the artist's online profile. All artists receive digital certificates, social media artwork badges, reader ratings and comments, and analytic reports. Each artist receives a free online profile page on the Biafarin platform. Artworks must be original works not based on copyrighted or published work, and artists must retain all rights for international publication. Artworks containing pornography, violence, racial or religious hatred, or offensive content are not admissible.
